HVAC Scheduler/Service Dispatcher (Auburn)

Air One Systems, LLC, a Heating and Air Conditioning company in Auburn, GA has an immediate opening for a Scheduler/Service Dispatcher who takes pride and ownership in their work. Work Hours: generally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday, although there is some flexibility

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Be the first point of contact for all service calls, log customer contact and conversation notes, and instructions to technicians

2. Schedule service calls according to location and technician skill level

3. Contact other HVAC service companies to provide support for out of town projects

4. Prepare and mail/email invoices for non-warranty service calls

5. Maintain an after-hours and weekend on-call calendar

6. Conduct follow-up calls to customers for feedback on technician performance and for parts, repairs and additional service

7. Provide excellent customer service and manage customer contact regarding parts availability, appointment confirmations, reminders and scheduling status updates

8. Perform other administrative duties to support the office

Qualifications:

3-5 years of HVAC scheduling/dispatching experience preferred

High school graduates preferred

Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Ability to complete required paperwork

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must pass a pre-employment drug test
