$55k starting salary + highly competitive commissions for a successful candidate. There is no limit to your earning potential by leading our recruiting efforts within assigned territory, building client relationships, while managing a workforce with room for growth and long-term success!
Candidates with poultry or food processing recruiting and management backgrounds with basic computer skills are ideal for this role. Must be bilingual (Spanish and English), have a valid driver’s license, willing to travel and able to multitask.
What does a Bilingual Regional Account Manager do?
Oversee assigned locations and provide on-going support to on-site managers
Respond to and effectively manage client requests or concerns to meet or exceed their expectations
Find, screen, and interview potential employees
Source workers from the community and searches outbound in Marietta, GA and the surrounding areas
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Work with managers sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding new temporary employees
Grow new client relationships
Partner with local businesses as a method to source candidates
Provide exceptional customer service
Liaison with client, employees and company
Work with management team to develop overall recruiting and growth strategy
· Promote and follow all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Must have determination and creativity to find qualified employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
Ability to travel – 50% to assigned territory (must have valid driver’s license)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year plus commission + FULL-TIME BENEFITS!
