Located in the heart of Ponce City Market, one of Atlanta’s most vibrant shopping and dining destinations, Minero personifies true Mexican street food in a casual and lively atmosphere.

The Line Cook opportunity is for someone looking to support a close-knit team of hospitality professionals. Someone who is excited to play an active role in day-to-day kitchen operations and to help promote and respect our culinary vision.

Compensation: Hourly, $16-$18/hr based on experience.

Weekend availability is necessary.

Job Requirements:

Previous Line Cook experience (1+ years preferred)

Knowledge of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Good communication skills with the ability to follow recipes and guidelines

Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties while working in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant
