Clinical Initiatives Manager
Georgia, Atlanta, 30301 Atlanta USAJob Description:Responsible for managing the development, implementation, education and evaluation sponsored initiatives in support of the organizations transition to value-based care. These highly complex projects will include Board Clinical goals, strategic initiatives and development of the clinical models of the future. Under the direction of the Executives, this role leads and directs the work of others to foster innovation, clinical excellence, and redesign service delivery that contributes to a differentiated caregiver and patient experience. Working with system-wide committees, hospitals, regions, departments, councils, and/or teams, this role will define, design and integrate initiatives that improve the clinical process, and deliver value to those we serve.Posting Specifics

Shift Details: Full time (40 budgeted hours). Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Unit/Location: This is a home-based position. Travel occasionally but not often.
Additional Details: Project management, communication, management experience preferred.
The manager will develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones and deliverables related to initiatives using evidence-based practice and methodologies. They will coordinate internal resources to gain consensus, develop solutions, and inform objectives and deliverables, managing timelines and issues with sensitivity and care. May be responsible to follow projects post implementation to provide ongoing evaluation and assure success.The manager will coordinate necessary resources to resolve complex problems and balance the focus on processes with appropriate outcomes. They may facilitate appropriate external and internal communications related to initiatives (e.g. press queries, strategies, communication plans, marketing, etc.) This role will be accountable to establish or develop appropriate metrics for initiatives with SME’s and data analytics and evaluate/quantify the impact of implemented initiatives through measurement of clinical process, outcomes, patient or caregiver experience and/or financial objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated professional healthcare or experience in a clinical setting that demonstrates clinical expertise and understanding of healthcare systems
Experience in a role requiring data management, analysis and presentation skills including use of common tools to extract data and develop reports and graphs for use in reporting.
Experience in a role requiring successful accomplishment in management of organizational projects, excellent team leadership, team participation and data analysis skills.
Experience in a role requiring problem-solving and improving processes and an understanding for how technology can help improve care.
Experience working in a role requiring knowledge of, and experience with health care regulations, leadership, development or mentoring of others, presenting to medium to large groups of clinicians and leaders.
Experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database skills, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to travel throughout the system to meet with facility leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree.Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.
Five years of professional healthcare or experience in a clinical setting that demonstrates clinical expertise and understanding of healthcare systems
