ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team, focused on the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in driving the growth of the ServiceNow platform through technical expertise, collaboration with ISV partners, and the ability to ideate solutions. The role involves driving ISV revenue growth, leading partners through the process of creating new revenue opportunities and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure technical success. What you need to be successful in this role:8+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experienceFamiliarity with the ISV ecosystem, cloud-based applications, and enterprise software market trends.Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and software development life cycles. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution design by the relevant players Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, as well as external ISV partners.Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand partner and customer business challenges and propose effective solutions.Natively curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies and developing innovative solutionsExperience in any of the key subject areas, with a demonstrated history delivering consulting services across the following:Enterprise Architecture (Strategy, Planning, Standards)Service ManagementAI Operations and Cloud ComputingDevOpsSecurity and OperationsIntegrated Risk ManagementHuman Capital ManagementFinancial ManagementUser ExperienceCustomer Engagement and LoyaltyAbility to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
