Enablement Specialist, People Insights Strategy & AI

  What you get to do in this role:   Help take enablement projects in People Insights, Strategy & AI from original concept through final implementation, including user guides for strategic programs and power user engagement.Help with overall communication and change management, including working with PISA and cross-functional partners, power users and stakeholdersCreate enablement leveraging various tools and platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft Office and othersContribute to ideation of new ways of working and enabling GP teams to be more data drivenPromote organizational understanding of and enablement for self-service model
