OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Coaching Enablement Leader (internal title: Manager 2, Sales Product) with a certified coaching qualification to elevate the performance of our sales leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful enablement programs focused on sales leadership onboarding, continuous development, agile methodologies, technology fluency, and PMO collaboration. You will also spearhead a sales leader coaching program grounded in the GROW coaching model, with a strong emphasis on coaching sales representatives to drive sales outcomes.What you'll bring

Proven experience in sales leadership or sales enablement, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing enablement programs

Certified Coaching Qualification (e.g., ICF, BCC) is required

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

Expertise in the GROW coaching model or other relevant coaching frameworks

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Passion for developing and empowering sales leaders

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Bonus Points:

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Familiarity with agile methodologies

Experience in a SaaS environment

How you will lead

Sales Leader Onboarding: Create and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales leaders, covering company culture, values, sales processes, tools, and resources

Everboarding & Continuous Development: Develop and implement ongoing learning initiatives to keep sales leaders abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, sales methodologies, and leadership best practices

Agile Enablement: Equip sales leaders with the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage teams in an agile environment, fostering adaptability and iterative improvement

Technology & PMO Enablement: Facilitate training and resources to ensure sales leaders are proficient in utilizing sales technologies and collaborating effectively with the PMO team

Sales Leader Coaching Program:

Design and deliver a structured Sales Leader coaching program based on the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will), leveraging your certified coaching expertise

Coach sales leaders on effective coaching techniques to improve their team's performance

Focus on coaching sales leaders to coach their sellers, with an emphasis on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and coaching initiatives

Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Product, and the PMO to ensure alignment and drive impactful outcomes
