We look forward to learning about you.Primary Purpose:As a Sr. Workforce Planning Analyst, you will use data, research, and analytical skills to forecast and provide guidance to departments and HR on hiring needs. Main objectives will be to leverage predictive analytics to assist with hiring decisions and needs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to present data in a meaningful and actionable way and analyze large data sets to inform and drive our strategy.Principal Duties:

Identifies insights using data to inform HR and/or the corporation of the health of the workforce and trends that can be impacted by action.

Implements sustainable solutions related to future needs based on analysis of current workforce, demand, and attrition.

Determines the optimum and clear ways to present data to our HR partners and leaders by

Efficiently and accurately organizing data

Thoroughly analyzing data and drawing conclusions

Presenting findings in audience-appropriate formats

Providing thoughts and/or recommendations on next-step actions

Supports data analysis needs related to forecasting and provides tools to assist with articulating needs

Holds training sessions around reporting and analysis that allows HR to more closely monitor their data.

Subject matter expert (SME) on all people predictive analytics for the entire organization (management & craft) including forecasting which has a direct impact on the organizations bottom line.

Maintains current knowledge on data and analytic trends, best practices for long-term solutions.

Technical Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.

Experience with MS Excel and experience with SQL and MS PowerPoint.

Experience at Microsoft Excel regarding navigation and formula use.

Experience creating dashboards and reports leveraging Spotfire or other relevant tools

Comfortable in leveraging a wide variety of data sources in analysis efforts.

Skills and Abilities

Work closely with the HR organization and departments to understand the hiring needs and challenges for the workforce.

Presentation of data analysis (orally and visually)

Applies analytical thinking in interpreting data trends or tendencies.

Ability to communicate effectively with multiple branches of business to relay key information in succinct ways.
