This position is responsible for overseeing a team of Regional Managers and salesforce in driving sales execution and growth and utilization targets aligned to a multi-state region. The AD will support a regional sales organization, that includes upwards of 70 people, and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales for Facial Aesthetics.The AD is responsible for the acceleration and sales growth for BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVEDERM® Collection of fillers, and Kybella® brands within the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. This experienced leader is responsible for meeting or exceeding the sales revenue targets, while partnering with key stakeholders to implement the sales and marketing strategies. The AD must have the ability to attract, hire and retain top talent in the industry. Also, develop and coach to skillsets to empower and inspire their team to excel and drive execution to goals. The AD is also responsible for shaping and defining an inclusive and engaging culture for their region.QualificationsEducation and Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

10+ years of sales and sales management experience, marketing experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry.

Knowledge of a direct sales/cash environment (B2B) of the aesthetic market preferred.

Essential Skills and Abilities

Track record of building high-performing teams and driving sales execution.

Develop and drive strategy based on financial drivers and customers insights.

Collaborate across divisions to support ongoing projects, for insights and alignment, and to drive business results.

Build key customer relationships.

Attract, hire, and retain top talent and cultivate an inclusive and engaging culture.

Effectively coach, develop, and support the Regional Manager team.

Strong analytical and consulting skills.

Excellent communication, change management, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel up to 70%, to include overnights and some weekends.

Attend events and meetings as required and necessary.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
