Today, NCR VOYIX transforms the stores, restaurants and digital banking experiences with cloud-based, platform-led SaaS and services capabilities, POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The NCR Voyix Restaurants team is looking for a Sales Enablement - Salesforce Lead to join our restaurants operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the ideation, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that drive business processes and deliver measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and maximize the use of Salesforce to meet the Restaurant business unit goals and provide best-in-class service for our customers. This is an exciting and challenging role where you’ll leverage your Salesforce functional knowledge to help implement innovative and cutting-edge solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales ops, sales leadership and sales teams to align Salesforce CRM with the overall business strategy.

Help define and implement strategic goal and KPI tracking within Salesforce. Build , manage and maintain robust reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel building, opportunity tracking, conversion rates, sales KPIs and overall pipeline management .

Understand and leverage Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations with other systems, that will help increase volume, velocity and visibility within the lead to cash flow.

Lead initiatives to innovate sales processes and automation within Salesforce CRM, leveraging the Salesforce suite of tools such as Maps, Revenue Intelligence or integrated solutions

Work cross functionally with the training team to develop and deliver training programs for end-users, provide ongoing support, and ensure user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Restaurant sales teams, offering coaching and guidance on leveraging Salesforce CRM for strategic decision-making, KPI tracking and pipeline management.

Continuously evaluate Salesforce CRM processes, workflows, and configurations for efficiency and strategic alignment.

Communicate changes, updates, and the rationale behind them to relevant stakeholders.

Stay updated on Salesforce developments, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce implementations and processes.

What you need to be successful in the role:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

2-5 years of related work experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations or Business Analytics

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Analytics Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, and Sales Engagement preferred.

Salesforce Admin certification preferred

Experience in creating processes for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and prioritization.

Experience building, managing, and maintaining reporting and dashboards.

Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex datasets and development stories to business stakeholders.

A confident self-starter who can implement change, improve on the status quo, and work independently without requiring prescribed direction or actions; you're able to spearhead and drive forward key initiatives without oversight.

A bias for action and willingness to take a hands-on approach towards delivering incremental improvements within the framework of a future state vision.

Strong attention to detail and process-oriented; and does not let details slip through the cracks or derail a project.

Flexibility/ adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change
