Job Overview:ÂAs a Resident Services Coordinator, youll be responsible for assisting with the management and administration of the day-to-day operations of the Community Association business. Handle customer service functions. Maintain communication with Board of Trustees and homeowners. Servesas the primary source of contact for residents and homeowners on association matters. Job ÂÂYour Responsibilities:ÂThe job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification. Not all duties assigned to every position are included, nor is it expected that all positions will be assigned every duty.Â

Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community association.  Â

Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, homeowners, and Board of Trustees  Â

Have general knowledge and understanding of building systems and components.  Â

Follow all policies and procedures of the Company.  Â

Work closely with Management to learn all responsibilities of site operations.  Â

Such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be directed and required.  Â

Log work requests in Connect and generate work orders for maintenance staff and/or contractors.  Â

Update work order log with notes and action taken by vendors.  Â

Close open work orders in system when complete by vendor. Work order is not considered complete unless the vendor has signed original work order and returned to office.  Â

Provide Community Manager with work order log for inclusion in Board package.    Â

Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow Associates, homeowners, and Board of Trustees  Â

Update and maintain community information in Connect, including but not limited to the Community Web Site, Community Projects, Management Reports and all Association documents and forms.  Â

Utilize Connects Resident Alert feature in order to keep homeowners apprised of Association activities and important updates, subject to Board authorization.  Â

Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed. Assist with homeowners calls and inquiries and respond accordingly or direct to the appropriate party.  Â

Log all homeowner inquires in Connect Call Log  Â

Assist with preparation of newsletter, where applicableÂ

ÂSkills & Qualifications:Â

2+ Years of customer service experience required.

High School diploma or equivalent required

HOA and/ or property management experience highly preferred

Strong organizational skills Â

Strong written and verbal communication skills Â

Excellent word processing, mathematics, and computer skills required.ÂCritical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary. Â

Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required. Â

Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information. Â

Ability to lift 30 “ 50 lbs.

Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.Â

Constant movement about the facility and grounds.

Frequent operation of equipment including picker and golf carts.

Frequent communication with members, must be able to exchange accurate information.

Frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work is mostly outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.

Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
