Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative has a client in need of a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the company's web properties. This is a direct hire role in Atlanta.Website:o Manage website and corresponding web properties, serving as primary POC for all web-related issues, inquiries, and website development askso Build website strategy and introduce new interactive components, layouts, and content to increase conversions, coordinating with agency partners as neededo Collaborate across teams to create, maintain, and update site content and taggingo Evangelize best practices in website management and enhance content development and maintenance processo Strategize, manage, and execute website security updatesSEO/SEM:o Build, execute and manage SEO/SEM strategy (keeping in mind regulatory compliance, user experience, and optimal performance)o Lead technical SEO audits and site crawls to improve website performance and reinforce best practices around SEO content developmento Perform keyword research and analysis to develop copy and improve performance for organic and paid searcho Manage SEM budget· Insights:o Pull, analyze, and visualize website and SEO metrics to inform site improvements and conversion trends (using tools such as Hotjar, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce)Requirements Experience:· Experience. 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, managing websites, SEO and SEM. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is a must too and professional services a plus.
