The Oncology Sales’ singular focus on bringing our early to advanced stage cancer tests to market allows us to act with the speed and urgency needed to achieve our ambitious goals and serve the patient population who can benefit from our advanced analytics and proprietary testing. About the Role:The field-based Account Manager works hand in hand with sales leadership and team Account Executive to assist in offering white-glove customer service and account management to existing customer base along with managing market sales strategy for Oncology healthcare providers and offices. This position will act with urgency, drive and passion to deliver best in class oncology diagnostic products and services for cancer patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drive opportunities in current clientsWork with existing accounts and build processes to identify patients and send samplesResponsible for overall customer service and account managementWork to ensure timely sample acquisitionDriving tests per customer in current accountsDrive the process of ordering in current customersStreamlines customer serviceCollaborate and coordinate with all sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectivesIdentify and develop opportunities between oncology clients and GHI.Continually analyze commercial environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to GHI leadershipEnsure team objectives are metWork effectively with individuals across multiple departments throughout GHIEmbrace, embody and represent the Guardant Health company culture at all times to external and internal constituents
