Enterprise Solutions Architect to join and help us build our expanding ExperientTech practice. This is a technical leadership role that will be hands on primarily performing billable work with responsibility for driving technology strategy and designing technical solutions for Experient Group clients. This individual must be able to roll up their sleeves and perform the work in addition to having a passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and solving client problems.

What you’ll do

Advise and lead client consulting engagements focusing on technical architecture, solution design, and technology execution.
Simplify the complexity of client solutions by defining and adhering to guiding principles such as reducing the total cost of ownership.
Collaborate and align with a wide variety of both internal stakeholders and external vendors ranging from executives to junior resources.
Manage senior and executive level client stakeholder relationships. Partner with client executives implementing or advising on large-scale software solutions.
Coach team members and develop internal capabilities.
Help build something together! Bring the technical leadership to support driving overall growth of the Technology Execution practice through a combination of oversight of delivery work, business development, recruiting/talent management, thought leadership, and capability building.

What you will bring

10+ years of technical consulting or relevant software engineering and design experience using technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Python, GoLang, Angular or React
Experience with one or more database tools.
Experience developing software in a cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
Experience with project based work and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
Extensive broad experience and best practices around software engineering, custom application design and development, infrastructure/DevOps, cloud, and data.
Ability to evaluate, define, and when necessary prototype and guide development teams in a hands on manner on alternatives to determine the best approach for a given solution.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel from technical to executive management and to influence stakeholders to get things done right.
Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base through relationship building and business development activities.
Strong technical relationships and network.
Ability to attract, retain, and develop engineering talent.
Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, and flexible.

Additional Information: Atlanta, GA based position. No relocation budget available. Remote work is possible, as long as the candidate has the ability to travel to Atlanta, GA when necessary.
