SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consultant Roles &

Responsibilities:For an SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consultant to be successful at their job, at a minimum, he/she will need to:· Demonstrating extensive abilities configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions· Must be well versed with SAP ECC PA/OM skillset· Must know SuccessFactors BizX Platform, API’s, Role based permissions· Knowledge of any SuccessFactors talent modules will be added advantage· Must have SAP ECC to SuccessFactors integration experience· Be able to create functional specifications and work with resources on the development team for solution delivery· Work with project managers to ensure successful on-time completion of integrations work stream deliverables· Lead customer workshops to define requirements· Drive client to leverage best practices in the user of the HCM solution· Advanced knowledge of implementation methodology and project management concepts· Develop integration solutions using SAP ABAP· Familiar with developing integration solutions using middleware SAP PO or SAP ABAP· Understand the HCM data model and can oversee data loads from and to other solutions· Conduct research on topics within the field of HCM or basic HR processes· Actively shares knowledge with colleagues

Required Professional Expertise:To successfully accomplish this job, at a minimum, the following job requirements are needed:· Involvement in at least 2 full project implementations· Certification in SAP HCM and/or any of SuccessFactors modules will be preferred· 3+ years of experiences in integrations development in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors· 2+ years of experiences designing/building integrations using middleware (SAP PO/ BTP)· Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors data models, API’s, and integrations tools (CompoundEmployee, OData API’s, Integration Center, etc.)· Ability to mentor and guiding team members· Ability to manage project deliverables and meet project deadlines· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or HR Path employees· Skilled in translating technical concepts into functional level usage for clients, both verbally and in written format
