Atlanta,GA HybridDescription: Database Platforms Services - Analytics team is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual who is a self-starter and is passionate about Engineering Database solutions. This position will be focused on building automation pipelines around database platforms (on-prem and cloud) which will require programming skills (Shell scripting/Python) and Database knowledge. Primary Responsibilities:Automate standard Database processes using Unix Shell scripting/Python.Design and Architect database solution on Snowflake cloud platform, AWS, Azure and Databricks.Develop new automation scripts in python and write unit cases.Enhance/troubleshoot existing Unix shell scripts. Skills Required:Expert in programming and has automation mind set.Experience with Snowflake, AWS and Azure Cloud platforms.Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, SnowPark, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts Java, Python, Scala, etc. to do Extract, Load, and Transform data.In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principlesExperience with Database design and architecture patterns.Experience in Data warehousing – OLAP systems, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modeling.Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing production grade data warehousing solutions on large scale data technologies such as Snowflake, DB2, Hadoop and SAP IQ Looking for candidates with Green card ,EAD
