Early Childhood Educator
Georgia, Atlanta, 30301 Atlanta USAJob Description:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our team in DeKalb County. The ideal candidates will have experience working with young children in an educational setting and a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Assess and document children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure alignment with curriculum and organizational goals.
Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and educational standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an early childhood educational setting (preferred).
Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity working in diverse communities and implementing culturally responsive teaching practices.
