We are seeking detail-oriented Collectors and Point Callers to join our new office in Atlanta. Great opportunities available for full & part time employment. In office only. Experience required but not needed. Must be reliable, coachable and money motivated.

Fulltime 9:30am - 6:00pm

No weekends

## Responsibilities

- Contact individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors

- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities

- Follow legal requirements when handling debt collection

- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with debtors

## Qualifications

- Strong phone etiquette skills

- Experience in customer service

- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Familiarity with medical collections is a plus

- Understanding of debits, credits, and financial concepts

- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately

- Proficiency in using accounting software for tracking collections
