Inbound Call Center Agent (Contractor)

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Inbound Call Center Agents on a contractor basis. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally

- Providing information and resolving inquiries regarding products and services

- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams

- Maintaining customer records by updating account information as needed

- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
