Senior Strategic Partnership Manager
Georgia, Athens, 30601 Athens USAJob Description: The Senior Strategic Partnership Manager position is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of OHIO online corporate partner relationships and affinity scholarship management, recruiting and organizational communication efforts through relationships with industry, organizational and agency partners. The manager will build and maintain relationships with organizations to support OHIO online programs. The senior manager will also be responsible for all researching and facilitate new corporate partners that align with the strategy for OHIO online programs.Job Responsibilities Include:
Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships in an assigned territory with executives and leadership at current and prospective partner organizations including academic, industry, agency, alumni, and military partners. Execute a relevant strategic partnership plan for every assigned partnership, ensuring partnership launches, maintenance, project timelines, student impact, and enrollment results are achieved. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Affinity Programs and Student Engagement, conducts market and competitor assessment; identifies and evaluates potential partnership opportunities through effective and data-driven territory planning. Research, recommend, and participate in appropriate regional, professional organizations or events to represent OHIO and extend reach. Counsel and advise constituents on a range of admission and enrollment processes. Build and maintain relationships with leadership at industry partners and other educational based community organizations. Facilitate appropriate university connections and ensure appropriate campus representation and engagement with the partner. Connect Ohio University staff with appropriate counterparts at these organizations to promote and grow collaborative opportunities. Present to senior leadership at industry partner and faculty and staff. Responsible for organizing and delivering several on-site or virtual recruiting events per month, representing OHIO online programs with the intent to drive enrollment. In collaboration with the Senior Director, Affinity Programs and Student Engagement, identify new prospective partner organizations and cold call key decision makers to build relationships and create a pipeline of prospective students. Consistently introduce and manage the roll-out of campaigns and promotions to new and existing partners. Monitor market trends in assigned territory to share with senior leadership to inform new, emerging and enhanced partnership opportunities. Act as primary point of contact for employees of partner organizations who are enrolled in OHIO online programs
Student Recruitment: Work remotely and travel within assigned territory to manage and implement strategies to increase prospective student inquiries. Counsel prospective students on the enrollment process at lead generating events and be able to talk with prospective students at any time on programs offered before handing them off to appropriate enrollment advising team. Maintain current and thorough knowledge of the university and degree programs represented. Counsel assigned partners on new pathways to increase awareness to employees through various outlets.
General Administrative Duties: Daily management of all recruitment and relationship activity with appropriate history and account information. Facilitate Memorandum of Understanding ( MOU ) with new corporate partners and manage with current partners. Collaborate with Senior Director of Affinity Groups and Student Engagement to ensure accurate information is maintained on partner organization websites. Other duties as assigned. Update information in CRM and ensure that correct contacts and communication is up to date.
Evaluation: In collaboration with the Senior Director, routinely evaluate the ROI of recruitment efforts and use the data to inform future recruitment strategies.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
