This is a fulltime entry-level rotational position that will provide you with a comprehensive experience of our division through four, six-month rotations at our various Digital Industries offices. Potential locations include Alpharetta, GA; Johnson City, TN; Campbell, CA; Boston, MA: Detroit, MI; and Chicago, IL.You’ll make an impact by:

Applying your expertise and knowledge to help drive the growth of Siemens and our reputation as a leader in industrial automation.

Creating innovative technical solutions, using the latest technologies and world-class simulation tools, consulting with Siemens customers, and driving digitalization through applications engineering while reducing time to market for our customers.

Rotating through a range of functional areas and engaging in projects related to designing custom software and hardware architectures, testing, project management, working with electromechanical systems and machines, and engaging the digital IIOT technology.

Taking advantage of the extensive exposure to different facets of our trailblazing business to become an impactful leader at Siemens after completing the program.

You’ll win us over by:Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree: rising graduates (must graduate by Spring 2025 and be available to begin full-time employment in January 2025 or July 2025).

Majors: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Engineering Technology.

Strong programming foundations: proficiency may come from any language or environment: Ladder, C#, Python, C/C, Java, iOS/Android/web development, etc.

Organized, self-motivated, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Must be willing and able to relocate for each rotation and travel domestically and internationally as required by the program (relocation assistance is provided if relocating more than 50 miles from your permanent address). Rotation locations are assigned based on business need.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with control systems, Ethernet networking, Windows app development, power electronics, and mechanical statics/dynamics.

The pay rate for this position is $81,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
