In this role, you will work with our top global customers to enable business growth, market differentiation and propel value creation for assigned strategic global customers via the Enterprise account executive management operating system.The role is a customer-facing role responsible for driving the global account strategy and service roadmap in conjunction with customer executive stakeholders. The role focuses on creating and managing a winning commercial strategy for the customers in close collaboration with the relevant Randstad Operating Companies. Partner with the customers Executive stakeholder(s) to continually lead, drive and evolve the solutions and services provided to support the customer’s talent acquisition needs

Take responsibility for creating and delivering the strategic enterprise account plan for the assigned global customer - including both process excellence and potential digital tools

Identity and qualify commercial growth opportunities, making a calculation of returns and investments, and gaining agreement for the investment, resources and actions required for the developments; ensuring commitment of relevant local op co management

Demonstrate deep insight of the market and total talent offering

Analyze customer demands and define solutions for complex customer needs by integrating and aligning different Randstad tools, services, and concepts globally

Apply industry specific information in such a way to the customer that the Randstad approach and services are viewed by customer as specialized, innovative and value added

Lead and collaborate with your peers to delight our customers

Leverage executive relationship management skills to influence the customer stakeholders to expand their engagement with Randstad

Coordinate executing on customer strategic roadmap with the global customer service directors

Partner with Opco Managing Directors to align customer delivery strategy and ensure achievement of the Enterprise Group financial targets

Drive regional and global operations teams to ensure operational cadence and goals are achieved for assigned customer

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Master’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant business experience

Evidence of ongoing, continual education preferred

experienceTo be successful in this role you will have -

Worked in and have proven success in global enterprise clients and relationship focused role within the recruitment industry on a global level

Had experience with HRBPO, SOW, MSP, RPO & professional recruitment

Ideally have C-suite stakeholder engagement experience, but certainly experience influencing executives

Longevity in exposure to complex enterprise organizations

Superior communication skills in English and ideally one other European language

A collaborative approach to ensuring a seamless customer experience

Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills

High energy and leadership skills in order to drive your customer forward in a matrix environment

Influencing skills as the single point of contact for large enterprise customers

Proven resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure

Proven track record managing global accounts with sustained, profitable business expansion

Excellent cross-group collaboration skills; ability to impact and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment

In depth knowledge of internal Randstad business practices, key stakeholders, and exposure to various Randstad solutions is strongly preferred

For US based candidates only:The base salary range for this position is $137,235.00 to $205,800.00.At Randstad, we know employees that are cared for holistically have the confidence to bring their fullest potential to work, so we make investments in our people.Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
