Business Analyst (Integration) Location: - NYC /Alpharetta GA Duration: - 11 Months Job Description Top skills Must needed : - Security Lending, Margin, AND Broadridge Backoffice Exp needed - BA, SQL, UAT testing. The work is to decommission Broadridge and integrate with other systems. Activities :

Performs analysis
Write requirements
Groom and solution with tech,
Diagnosing issues
Developing test plans
Review test cases
Validate test results
Perform postproduction validations.
Actively involved in mock testing and conversion planning.

Skills / experience:

Coordinating across product teams and across workstreams
Reporting on testing and readiness
Identifying issues and risks

10-12 years of demonstrated experience in a large complex banking organization or major consulting firm acting as a Business analyst or similar role. Deep domain & system knowledge to turn customer needs into business requirements and technology business outcomes. Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Competent and experienced in technology environments (e.g., platforms, applications, databases, organizational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.). SQL experience in data analysis and working knowledge on Agile Scrum or Kanban lifecycles. Good communication, teamwork, and influencing skills; ability to communicate effectively with the team and key business representatives. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of requirements of large enterprise applications (security, entitlements, etc.) Understanding the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all the background receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full authentic selves to work. Effective time management Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both project and non-related tasks Experience with working in an Agile squad/chapter setup. Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint and usage of SharePoint, JIRA, etc.
