Center Assistant Manager

The primary purpose of the Center Assistant Manager (CAM) is to support the growth and production of the Corp. Marketing Road Program (CMRP) and contribute to the improvement of production of the team while maintaining on amicable relationship with Marketing Coordinators, Director, Location Manager and personnel.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Duties include but are not limited to the below tasks. Other duties may be assigned or removed based on business needs.Provide excellent customer service and salesLiaison to Center Manager and Director with the operations of the Corp. Marketing Road Program by supporting the Center Manager of the assigned location job dutiesAssist with supervision of staff and Center operationsAssist Center Manager with recruitment efforts, e.g. interview/selection of qualified candidatesEnsure Center is fully staffed at all times and to cover for staff when neededSupervise and train staff with Sales tactics provided by Corp. Marketing Road ProgramMaintain current knowledge and enforcement of Westgate Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and training per Corp. Marketing Road ProgramResponsible for individual and group sales goals/quotas; tours, tickets and roomsAssist with scheduling, schedule requests, cash handling forms, polices, procedures, guidelines confirming cash amounts keeping Center Manager apprised of issuesMaintain supplies and inventory for the locationAssist with employment engagement tactics to ensure staff is fully engagedEnsure location is well-kept, clean and maintainMonitor performance of the team alongside Center ManagerSupervisory responsibilities
