Parts Purchasing Clerk

Full-time

Full-time position. Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Valid driver's license required. Basic computer skills. Previous work experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Good verbal & written communication skills for coordinating with suppliers.

2. Effectively organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records.

3. Active role evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability.

4. Monitor stock to identify purchasing needs promptly.

5. Authorize payment, maintain receipts, records and inventory.

6. Track orders to ensure timely delivery of parts.

7. Unload, inspect ordered parts for defects upon receipt. Attention to detail is crucial. Place

parts accordingly.

8. Interact with suppliers to schedule delivery, resolve shipping errors when necessary.

9. Sustain tech reports & equipment log books, schedules & service dates.

10. Maintain clean & orderly work area.

11. Follow safety procedures.
