Skilled Maintenance Technician Needed

We are seeking two(2) skilled General Maintenance workers to join our team. We are a local restaurant group with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry & mechanical background and be proficient in all core trades: HVAC, plumbing, electric, and carpentry.

Must have a solid understanding of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Maintain and repair electrical systems

Maintain and repair HVAC systems

General carpentry and repairs

Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues

Perform mechanical maintenance tasks

Requirements:

Proficient in supervising maintenance activities

Self-managing a schedule and list of work tasks

Must have own vehicle & tools

Must speak fluent English

Must be able to track your own hours
