Folding shutter corp. has been protecting homes in South Florida since 1969. We are a high-volume, well-established shutter company looking for help for our manufacturing facility. We are hiring Metal Fabricators to cut and assemble Bahama and colonial hurricane shutters made form aluminum.

Ability to read a Tape measure

Experience building shutters A+

Drivers licenses A+

Assembly of our metal shutter products (use of hand tools and saws required)

General shop labor & other tasks as assigned

Able to perform production processes, understand and operate tools and machinery to insure continuous production flow

Loading/Offloading/ stacking light metal products by hand

Assure work area is clean and organized

Assure compliance with all quality control, production and safety procedures

Ability to read/understand work orders

Transportation to/ from work

Meeting production targets

Good attitude and ability to work well in a busy dynamic team environment

Basic hand skills in handling tools and building metal products

Able to lift and carry up to 65 pounds

Follow production guidelines and specifications

You must be able to pass a drug test
