Massage Therapist

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques and committed to delivering exceptional client care. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a key role in providing clients with therapeutic massage treatments that address their needs and promote relaxation, pain relief, and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, and other modalities

Assess client needs and provide customized treatment plans

Maintain accurate client records and document services provided

Ensure a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients

Adhere to proper hygiene and sanitation standards for both equipment and work area

Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care routines

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices

Uphold the spa’s policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service and client satisfaction

Assist with retail sales, promoting massage products and services

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (or as required by local regulations)

Proven experience providing therapeutic massage services

Knowledge of various massage techniques and modalities

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
