We’re looking for a hands-on sales leader who can take charge of our health insurance sales floor and drive results from day one. This isn’t theory or babysitting — we need someone who knows how to build, coach, and push a team of closers to the top. Must know the drill of the day to day grind of the health insurance sales floor.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running the floor and keeping the energy high every day

Recruiting, training, and developing licensed agents

Driving production on private market health plans (Limited Med, STM, PPOs)

Leading from the front — coaching on live calls and setting the pace
