Entails selling a company's services primarily through phone, email, and online channels, where the salesperson works from an office to follow up on existing leads, close on open estimates or qualify potential customers as new leads to generate stream of revenue. Involves presenting product features, negotiate deals, and closing sales, all while building and maintaining relationships with clients without typically requiring in-person meetings; essentially focusing on generating revenue through virtual or phone sales tactics.

Key responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative:

Lead generation:

Actively search for new potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, online directories, and other prospecting methods.

Qualifying leads:

Assess the needs and potential of each lead to identify qualified sales opportunities.

Customer outreach:

Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and video calls to present product/service information and address concerns.

Product demonstrations:

Sales cycle management:
