Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through outbound calls to schedule vacation appointments.

Vacation Planning: Aid customers in booking and planning their perfect getaways.

Customer Service: Provide detailed information about vacation packages and resolve any inquiries.

Positive Engagement: Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Location: Must be local to West Palm Beach or able to commute daily.

Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and goal-driven.

Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is advantageous but not required. We provide training!
