Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of dedicated sales representatives in our busy call center. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for coaching and development, and a relentless drive to achieve sales targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and development of team members.

Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive results.

Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.

Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in a fast-paced call center environment.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively handle questions and resolve conflicts.
