Bilingual Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain shopping centers in Weston! This full-time role requires experience in various areas, including basic electrical, plumbing, and construction. The ideal candidate will also be able to read and interpret construction plans to assist with ongoing and new projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks in electrical, plumbing, and general construction.

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.

Read and interpret construction plans and diagrams.

Requirements:

Experience in electrical, plumbing, and construction work.

Ability to read construction plans.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to work weekends if needed one of two days a month.
