Pay: $18/hr

Positions: Part-time & Full-time

Ready to spend your days by the water while keeping our members safe and smiling? Our exclusive beach club in beautiful Palm Beach County is looking for responsible, energetic, and guest-focused lifeguards to join our team. If you’re alert, friendly, and love the sun, this might be your perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:

Keep a watchful eye on our pool and beach areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment

Enforce safety rules with confidence and professionalism

Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies using CPR/First Aid skills

Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Assist with daily setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, polished facility

Make sure all lifesaving equipment is in top condition

What We’re Looking For:

Current Lifeguard Certification with CPR & First Aid (American Red Cross)

Strong swimming, rescue, and observation skills

A reliable, attentive, and professional team player

Weekend and holiday availability

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Bonus Opportunity:

Interested in teaching swim lessons? Applicants with a WSI certification may have the chance to coach swimmers of all ages. (WSI not required for lifeguard role.)
