Case Manager

Case Manager must be familiar with successfully completing food stamp applications, SSI, Housing program. Applying for Medicare,Medicaid and Market place ins ( will train). Must be compassionate with the ability to multitask and assist people as needed.Must be a team player and reliable.English /Spanish a plus. Must include your resume to respond!
