The First Impressions is a critical role in the success of our office. A State of the Art Dental facility is currently looking for the right person to join our dedicated team. We have a manager/front desk position to fill immediately. We are looking for a high motivated person with good customer services skill that is willing to give the best experience to our community. We are a still growing practice and need qualified individuals to continue to grow with us
We are seeking to fill a full-time position with the right candidate to help us with our daily need
Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will be a warm, cheerful and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with a whole family.
A key responsibility in this role is assisting patients in a front desk related matter scheduling appointments and obtaining all necessary and relevant information from our patients with a pleasant and upbeat style, also candidate should be willing to learn clinical task if needed .
Responsible for checking patience in and out, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking patient insurance eligibility
Good communication skills and very caring person
Checking dental insurances eligibility
Management of office and employees
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year dental office front desk experience
Working knowledge of key dental terminology and procedures.
Experience working with dental software (Dentrix)
Must be fluent in English. Spanish helpful.
Must have own transportation.
