Treatment Plan Coordinator

Nob Hill Dental Center is seeking a Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our patient-focused team and provide top-notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular “first impression” of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start

Monday - Friday hours with no late evenings or weekends

Responsibilities include:

- Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients

- Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records

Job Requirements:

- Prior Dental Front Office Experience Required

- Dentrix Experience Required
