Village Café — Now Hiring a line cook- Spanish/ english

We’re a busy, boutique-style café in North Beach Village looking for a reliable, organized line cook who takes pride in putting out consistent, high-quality plates.

What you’ll be doing:

Working the line for breakfast and lunch service (grill, sauté, fry, prep)

Following standardized recipes, portions, and plating

Keeping your station clean, organized, and fully stocked

Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Communicating with FOH/BOH to keep tickets moving smoothly

Helping with opening/closing side work

What we’re looking for:

Line cook experience

Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes

Sense of urgency and attention to detail

Shows up on time, ready to work, positive attitude

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Team player with a positive, professional attitude

Schedule and Pay:

Morning and mid-day shifts (weekends and holidays)

Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $18/hr + potential for overtime

(Discussed in interview based on experience and skill)
