New restaurant opening in Little Havana. Bistro 8, part of Michelin awarded Showa Hospitality group (www.showahospitality.com), will be a traditional bistro styled fine dining restaurant with a Mexican inspired menu. Executive chef Pancho Ibanez, has crafted a beautiful Mexican cuisine based menu styled on the traditional French Bistro. This concept will serve to fine dining standards in an upscale casual environment.

Anticipated opening date is early January 2025. Currently looking to immediately fill the position of General Manager, Bartenders, Servers, and Line Cooks. Self development, strong communication skills, and effective people management is a must. Minimum of 3 years in fine dining management required. English/Spanish bi-lingual preferred. Strong administrative skills needed.

More than anything you must have a passion for creating experiences that will bring guests back. A desire to always deliver the best food, beverages, and service to each and every guest. An understanding that if you are not serving guests directly, you must be serving those who do.
