Delray Yacht Cruises is a year-round sightseeing & yacht charter company located on Atlantic Ave in downtown Delray Beach. All of our cruises stay in the Intracoastal Waterway and cruise anywhere from 2-4 hours offering Sightseeing Tours to public passengers as well as private charters for corporate & social events.

NOW HIRING FOR SEASON - BARTENDERS & SERVERS $10 hourly plus TIPS, flexible schedule

Work aboard our yacht in the role of either a BARTENDER OR FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE team member.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in adherence to legal and safety standards. This role demands attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient bar environment. The Bartender must be Alcohol Safety Certified.

The food & beverage server works directly with our customers greeting them in a welcoming manner, taking food & beverage orders from guests, serving items ordered and reconciling payments. Additionally, the food & beverage server will also work private charters aboard the yachts, including our guests corporate & social events.

Staff members must be able to work weekends & most major holidays.
