Responsibilities include:

Operating the Toast POS system (experience required)

Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers

Ensuring great customer service with every interaction

Assisting with various tasks related to our menu, including pizza, pasta, salads, desserts, and more.

Requirements:

Strong experience in customer service

Knowledge of the Toast POS operating system

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment

Friendly, positive attitude
