Blue Collar, Miami’s favorite home for comfort food is moving to a beautiful new location, complete with full bar, and a larger kitchen. That being said we need more kitchen staff. We would like to hire a cold line cook. We need a cold line cook capable of making salads, vinaigrettes, shucking oysters , as well as frying some apps. This is an exciting time to be part of one of Miami’s most beloved restaurants.
