- Warmly greet and seat guests

- Accurately take food and drink orders

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

- Efficiently communicate with kitchen staff for timely and precise order delivery

- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area

- Collaborate with team members to create a memorable dining experience

- Upsell menu items to enrich guests' experiences and boost tips

Qualifications:

- Prior serving or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential

- Able to stand and walk for long periods

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
