We are excited to announce an opening for a Full-Service Manager who will play a crucial role in the success of our establishment. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in operations and entry-level financials, with a strong familiarity with industry-standard platforms such as Toast, OpenTable, and Restaurant 365, excel, and admin organisation skills . Additionally, candidates with a background in nightlife management will be given preference for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Full-Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment. This includes managing all aspects of the business, from basic financials to customer service, to team leadership. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency

- Monitoring and managing financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

- Utilizing Toast, OpenTable, and Restaurant 365 to optimize reservations, inventory, and customer data management

- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service

- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care

- Collaborating with other managers and team members to maintain a positive work environment and uphold quality standards

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations and entry-level financial management within the hospitality industry

- Proficiency in using platforms such as Toast, OpenTable, Restaurant 365, and excel development to enhance operational efficiency

- Previous experience in nightlife management is highly advantageous

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences
