Cleaner needed Saturdays & Sundays

Responsibilities:

-Pickup and distribute mail and packages upon arrival

-Ensure 3 power banks and 3 wireless power banks are charged

-Stock fridge with Gatorade, Monsters, Sunkist, Isopure, and milk

-Open packages, break down boxes, and dispose of packing materials

-Maintain laundry duties: pick up, start, fold, and put away clothes

-Steam coats as requested

-Organize dog toys and maintain couch aesthetics

-Charge electronic devices (AirPods, battery packs, headsets)

-Clean up cups, cans, dishes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness

-Wipe down counters, clean stove, and eating surfaces

-Make the bed and change sheets weekly

-Re-stock fridges with beverages and take out trash/recycling

-General tidying and organizing, including sweeping and mopping

As needed: Clear fridge, wipe shelves

Requirements:

Fluent in English

Strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Detail-oriented and proactive approach

Location: South Beach

Compensation: $30 per hour, 1-2 hours
