The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving brand growth and supporting franchisees in their marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing corporate-level marketing strategies, overseeing public relations efforts, creating impactful campaigns, and serving as a vital connection between the corporate office and franchisees. Specifically, this individual will develop results-driven social media, blog, and communication efforts, assist in onboarding new locations, track and report marketing analytics, and manage creative requests for the brand and franchisees.Specific duties for this creative marketing role include:Develop, Manage, and Drive marketing initiatives and calendarsCoordinate Public Relations between franchisees, corporate office, and our PR providerDevelop initiatives for social media and digital marketing at a corporate level to be distributed to our franchiseesAssist in corporate communications with franchisees (i.e. email newsletters, success stories, webinars, etc.)Assist with administration of national Advertising Fund initiativesManage and Update marketing resourcesAssist with marketing onboarding of new locations
