Customer Service Representative - DRY CLEANER

We are looking to hire a customer service representative to work at one of our dry clean drop stores. Experience in the dry clean industry is not necessary but great customer service skills are required. We have multiple positions available both Full and Part Time. The position we are looking for is afternoon shift and requires closing the store. The hours may vary but they are Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00 and every other Saturday 9:00-3:00.

Part Time Position: Monday thru Friday 2:00-6:00 and every other Saturday 9:00-3:00

Full Time Position: Monday thru Friday 7:00- ? and every other Saturday 9:00-3:00

Full Time Position: Monday thru Friday 11:00-6:00 and every other Saturday 9:00-3:00

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, hard working, reliable, team player and someone who is willing to learn about the dry clean industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the store

Customer Service

Tagging / Un-tagging garments

Bagging orders and placing on conveyor

Cash drawer management
