Hybrid Customer Service & Sales- $14/hr plus commission

Seasoned Customer Service Reps Needed for an A rated, Accredited Carrier, Not a Broker. Deal with our drivers and movers throughout the move.

Hybrid Reps should be around $2500-$5000 in deposits per week. plus their Hourly.

Need a turnkey candidate who will handle the entire process of the move start to finish. High traffic daily inbound and outbound calls. Handle all aspects of daily operations.

Prior to Pick Up

Contact customer prior to move date to confirm everything.

Prepare all paperwork for next day's moves.

Handle occasional sales/new customer calls requesting moving rates and information.

Notate all relevant details from conversation in move tracking software.

During Move Day

Handle all incoming calls on the day of the move- asking for ETA, review moving charges, special instructions, etc.

Complete closeouts with drivers and movers. Record in system and be able to review with customer if needed.

Follow Up After Move Day

Call customers 1-2 days following their move to ensure everything went well. Offer any additional services- moving, unpacking, etc.

Handle all incoming calls regarding any issues.

Handle entire claim from start to finish. Input and track steps of claim handling process.

Record all relevant details from conversation in move tracking software.

Requirements

Flexible scheduling- must be able to work Saturdays , per determined schedule.

Strong verbal skills and confidence on the phone.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable in fast-paced environment and ability to recognize and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Understand the "big picture" but don't overlook the details.

Patience with customer service and upset customers.

Work as a team player and communicate information with several different people on daily basis.

Strong computer and typing skills with ability to learn programs quickly.

25% to $10,000

30% to $15,000

35% over $15,000

Must be a SELF STARTER and money motivated

Job Duties:

1. Quote people around the country who are moving/relocating from one state to another

2. Ability to multi-task and handle a 40 hour work week (3 Shifts Available 8a-4p,12p-8p,4p-12a) 7 days a week
