Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Recovery Agent in Port St. Lucie. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in repossession or a related field. However, we are open to training and sponsoring the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and meets our requirements.

Responsibilities:

Locate and repossess vehicles as per company guidelines and legal requirements

Maintain accurate records of repossessions and related activities

Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and team members

Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in repossession or related field preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
