The pay for the Leadman role ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

We provide a company vehicle with fuel provided, require employees to possess their own tools, and emphasize the importance of attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness on the job site.

In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, paid holidays after 90 days, and one week of paid vacation after six months. Please note that a mandatory drug screening and background check are part of our hiring process.
